Mom and Dad go up the river without a paddle!

Rush hour on the River. Mom and Dad took a trip up the Martha Brea River in Jamaica. These are the raft/boats that they rode on.

Here is their guide, Leonard, a very nice man that sounded exactly like Billy Bob Thornton in "Sling Blade". He gave Mommy the giggles, or maybe it was the cold Red Stripe she was drinking during the tour.

One of the many "riverside artists" There are men and women that paint or carve souvenirs for the tourists. They set up shop along the edge of the river and you pull over to purchase their items, or some great cold Red Stripe.

This artist was selling his paintings of the local countryside. Dad liked them so much that they pulled over and purchased one. He was also selling some cold Red Stripe too!

Dressing for dinner

Every night, Mommy gets me dressed up in a new outfit before I can dine on my sweet potatoes or squash. I am just fine in a bib, but noo, fancy dress and shoes are required here on the ship.

We came back after dinner and there was a turtle sleeping on my bed. But he was so silly he fell asleep while eating my chocolate!

This sure is pretty

So how can you complain when you get this view out your window??

It was cool, even in the caribbean

After all that swimming we got chilly...that and the gusting winds at the top of the ship made it hard to get Hailey to smile.

Alexis was just frozen...she shivered like we had dipped her in Lake Superior, but she could still smile from under her pile of towels.

A dip in the kiddy pool

Alexis checking out the deep end of the pool

Mom and Hailey dipping their toes in for the first time.

Mommy holding Alexis after she slipped in the pool and drank a bit of water.

Alexis is all better and getting tossed in the air a few times.

Daddy and Hailey trying out the deep end too.

Now this is the life!

Breakfast in bed is the way to live. I don't know why Mommy and Daddy don't let us eat in their bed everyday, Alexis and I only left behind a few crumbs and spilled a bit of juice.

A little "Muster" with Lunch??

Alexis trying out her life jacket for the "Muster Drill". She really enjoyed wearing it and didnt want to take it off.

A room with a VIEW!!!!

Alexis, Daddy, and I checking out the view from our cabin room. It didn't look so great, but Mommy and Daddy said to wait and see it would change every morning. See the long sleeves and jackets? It was still cold in Miami when we got on the ship.

So how hard is it to change a tire when your freezing???

So here it is! Yeah, it looks bad, but we have a vacation to get started!!! Lets fix that tire!

After many crazy and tense discussions, Mom called her friend Wendi, and she brought out the big tools to get us back on the road.

But not so fast, This tire didn't wanna get fixed! After some kicking, and tugging, and maybe a few bad words the tire was changed and we were off....back home 'cus Mommy forgot her purse at home and she needed it before we could leave the country...Silly Mommy!!!!

Not a good way to start a vacation

Daddy looking at the car manual at 7pm at night, when it was about 30 degrees out isn't a good start to our vacation. Mommy blew-out a tire, but don't worry we were all ok. The car needed some help, and a new tire!

My (early) 1st Birthday cruise

Mommy and Daddy took me and the "big Sis" to a local park today to give us little play time before we headed to Grandma and PaPa's house. These swings are swinging!
